Looks like these divisions with find a home with GE Oil and Gas

problem is trying to be around after the current-ongoing layoffs to make the transition to the new company
Whichever sections get sold will be better-off with the new co. vice staying with HAL. GE, NOV, etc, have better bene's and treat their people better.
