The title says it all! $325 in Severance and $1500 Health Coverage for my family! I am in shock. I am looking for a job. My wife is looking for a job. We are in financial ruin.

Yeah cobra is insane...if you don't feel like your severance is correct, call HR. They tried to get over on me but I held out until they fixed it, I was shorted around 6-7K.

I don't qualify for anything. HealthCare.Gov is $1300 per month. My family and I are in a lot of trouble. I'm very ashamed to be a man
How long were you employed? Less than a year?
What state are you in? If you are in one of the states that accepted Medicaid Extension, then you can show your earnings this year and qualify for free health coverage. If you are in one of the states that did NOT accept it, then you might want to check out the health care gov site and based on your income, you might qualify for a subsidy to help pay for your insurance premium. You can check onine at their site and put in all your information on your earnings from Jan. to March....and your dependants. It will probably be much better then Cobra.
