I heard they laid off some HR people! They really need to lay off Supply Chain and Bean Counters! Stop laying off the field, the technical staff, the maintenance staff, the admin staff and organization that impacts the field. (where the money come in)

I think its more like someone making fun of HR and not employees. Think about how HR comes across in the comments.
I know a few HR personnel and they would not ask how you are "enjoying unemployment". That is someone trying to get emotional rises out of people, simply by the way it is worded.
