Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

Bank of America Likes to Lay Off In Small Batches

Its cheaper to fire one employee at a time unless they have a large group and even then they will attempt to nip at the heals to eliminate one at a time until layoff time. The lawyers help in this area. They say layoffs cost too much money but firing for not exactly merit reasons is the way to do it. Makes you wonder why you do not see 90 percent of the bank personal celebrating 30 and 40 years of employment.

It begins by sneaky managers and changing the quality requirements making it more difficult to complete work. We begin to fire for effect. Finally we layoff the remaining people. We blacklist and threaten you. After we cut head count the big ass raises are given. Stalinism at its finest “priceless”.

Happened in our group, one at a time. We made the manager work hard as he used real slim shady trickery. I hope the bonus or raise was worth it.

One by one, Satan separates the flock, studies the chink in the armor and fires the arrow. Hopefully they can eliminate on anger, hostility or some other BS action they set in motion. Dismissed, because you are in charge of your own career in a team player environment. Proven tactics hand over hand by HR and the labor law. Then we all go to church on Sunday to feel empowered like Jesus or volunteer to help the poor.
