Temporary employees were all treated the same all the time and this is not fair as some folks are more skilled than others... This is bad because if one person does something wrong we were all treated as we all do the same thing.

In reply to the BM's thats because the BM's cannot handle the information, not at any level, very few polished individuals that understand management, they have a blue collar mentality in a white collar shop. Slave over all... The ED's and MD's want there low six to high six figure bonuses you are nothing but a casualty. I hope the fed comes in and breaks those bastards up.
The message is pretty simple, they don't want to fix it. Too many bobble heads bouncing up and down saying yes to protect their money. The message is you don't matter and contractors only get half a crappy cubicle in ohio.
Leadership is something else here at Chase. The top down system is fairly broken and everyone is pissed. The CEOs are looking to go one way but by the time it get to the field it usually morphs into something elses. It's seems as if our local leaders do not think BM's can handle the information.
So, what's the message?
