What do you think we will be divesting as we merge with HAL?

Do you think pressure pumping will be sold?
Agree core chemicals will be retained. But do you really believe HAL will want to go to market as a producer of non core materials that go into lipsticks, mascaras, foundations, paints, plastics, candles, etc., no matter how small and profitable the Polymers business is or is not? There are resin companies ready to buy this unrelated business and remove the few dysfunctional personnel that remain.
It is not a merger.
A reminder to read the Bloomberg link below before asking. At the minimum, BHI cementing and completion tools will be sold. Drill bits, Inteq, artificial lift and chemicals retained.
