This should be highlighted (and looked into..) , as I continue to observe this affecting genuine hard working, qualified American workers.

I do not think there is a law specifying what nepotism rules are. My wife works at the same place as I do, is that nepotism? Maybe? We met at work.

During one instance the husband pulled strings to get his wife hired. The woman hid under her maiden name and possibly a corporate name also doing business as and I am sure HR saw this but they are controlled by brains executives who give orders to the HR management team. It is all subjective and is based on what is legal and has nothing to do with what is the right thing to do. The devil is in there manipulative details. They like using high level excuses when possible and then will split hairs and manipulate the English language but there noses do not grow. They also have people monitoring this website and others for personal reasons and for damage control.

Yes, and if you finally identify the distant cousin of the family member and notify someone like HR, HR runs to the department and they attempt to manipulate your findings and then change there rule book or perform a slight of hand trickery in an attempt to eliminate your claim. Shuffling the cards again with organizational changes or sending out an email or video using employees to show the work place is so honest and caring (There favorite words are is “can you prove it” and then threaten you). The most pathetic part is, they will lie to your face and they think you believe there lies. The Labor Law needs to be overhauled to protect employees not to protect Bank of America.
