Just got the slip today. I don't think they know what they're doing and are just cutting out the most costly non-management positions out in desperation to maintain last summer's numbers. I slightly pity those who are going to have to finish the work I left behind. The difference in quality will be palpable.

Our motto used to be "Done once, done right". Now according to Mark McCollum (HAL Executive Vice President), it's "Speed Trumps Perfection". Gee, that gives me a warm fuzzy feeling. I'm sure our customers will love it too.
