Women are bitches!! Especially women managers. Don't get all offended now cause I'm a woman too. Too much drama with women....I would rather have male bosses any day. These bitch managers get so threatened the minute another comes into the picture.

In Reference to Anonymous84984 comment: I don't think someone that was trying to "kiss her ass to try and move up" would be on here trash talking her. Maybe that was the problem, maybe they were not trying "to kiss her ass". And it does not matter what race you are, the person everyone is referring to will smile and laugh in your face then talk trash about you behind your back, and heaven forbid if an error is made, then everyone else is held accountable except her because she will always push the blame on others without even blinking an eye. I am speaking the truth. I know this person very well and have seen it happen and have heard the talk directly from her. So no one is immune to her.

A good manager earns respect the women foreman listed here deserves to be ousted if she made racist comments to me I would sue her arse! As for all the freebies she receives is this not against Weatherford policy? How you can say we are worse than her for commenting makes no sense especially when she's breaking the rules which you and me would probably have been shown the door a long time ago if we done the same thing. Seen these people rise at the expense of some good workers who leave because reporting them will seal their fate. I say let people here have their say its anonymous so no looking over your shoulder or a visit to HR for some made up complaint these people are worse than Nazis.

It's surprising that some of the comments on here are from people making excuses for and condoning this behavior from a person in a management position. Layoff talk is depressing unmasking the people who treat fellow employees like shit is more fun, then there's the Kickbacks, Managers favourite's, Long paid lunch breaks, promotion on who you know and not what you know the list is endless? Been with Weatherford 10+ years seen it all and if this site can unmask all what's wrong with Weatherford then Management/HR WHO MUST VISIT THIS SITE!!!! will maybe take notice and turn this company around.

WOW !!! Ya'll coming down on the foreman but not your friends. Yes she did things a little different but she always tried to get the product out the door. Also I don't think she liked me but I was not there to be friends with everyone. Yeh the emails were really funny at times but she tried. What about your friends that are still there that use the fed ex machine for personal business, take 1/2 hour to go get there lunch and then come back to eat it, Take Weatherford property home with them , 1 to 2 hours a day on Facebook, and 1 to 2 hours a day on personal phone calls. As far as free gift I don't think any of you would turn down a free gift card or free lunch. There are other people there that brag about getting free stuff from the vendors. I am not trying to take up for this foreman but why single out one person and not talk about all of the good ol boys and girls. Again I don't think the foreman liked me but call out all of the people. No I do not want my job back, I don't want to work anywhere that I am not wanted. Good luck to all.

You are correct 84946 this is not. Lay offs are a good way to get rid of people that can not be gotten rid for any other reason. I am one of those people. I was at work everyday on time. I left when the job was finished. I never took extra time on breaks. I did what I was told. I did my job by the book. I was never written up. I worked fast and got my job done correctly. Everyone is human and makes mistakes, As I will be the first to admit. I was a dedicated employee that wanted a career with Weatherford. This is the problem. I was a "complainer". When a individual is bending the rules and not following company policy, I had something to say about it. When an individual harasses other employees, I had something to say about it. When management decides that it is best to "please" everyone and not do their job and to let this type of behavior continue , I had something to say about it. It is not my concern that certain individuals felt threatened by me or didn't "like" me. It was my concern to do my job to the best of my ability and if individuals were keeping me from doing that, then yes I had something to say about it. I was laid off for this reason, because I was a "complainer". So lay offs are not only for those individuals that are not doing their job, they are for getting rid of people like myself without having to justify the reasons. Yes I was upset at the time that they let me go, in hindsight I am extremely happy they did and feel bad for those that remain and have to deal with such unprofessional conduct.

Yes. I reported her one time for the way she talks to people. There was a lady here that worked under her that was good at her job. Seen her cry cause the way she treated her. Management moved her instead of doing anything.

Yeap she's a "foreman". But she sure as hell don't act like one. She is racist against white people, she is Hispanic, I have personally heard her make comments about white people. She can't read or write English either, her emails are a joke to everyone in the offices. We think is funny as shit. She has also been known by a lot of people to take gifts like liquor and gift cards from vendors. A foreman is someone others respect and someone who knows all about every job. She is definitely not either. Why she is still here is puzzling to a lot of people.

Only women I see at most facilities are either sales or office none in the shop. May be due to there not being womens restroom or locker room.

where I work - several in office postions. 1 cell lead in machine shop for both shifts, none in inspection, none in assembly, 2 in warehouse(1 is manager), 1 in shipping(think she a foreman) none are white except warhouse manager and cell lead.
