I found the Gold, Silver and Platinum star rewards are normally given because the person has given up there life and worked more hours than Brian so they try to compensate with a little award such as $100.00 bucks and slap them on the ass and say nice job. The Carrot keeps dangling in their face and the dummy keeps working long hours for eventually $4.25 and hour. I saw a few who were given implied threatening techniques to work the hours as a team player or else "because you are in-charge of your own career here at the bank".
