Do you think that we'll continue to have layoffs in 2015 and 2016? I am with IT and I am sick and tired of anxiety that layoffs bring. I think we have better options outside of Capital One and if things continue to be tense and if we still continue to lay people off I am planning to take off as I cannot stand it any more.

well they just announced in Tigard, OR that the facility will be closing by end of 2015. Everyone will be losing their job.
My sons just bought a house and new cars too! how are the young people ever going to get ahead when this keeps happening over and over again just as they are finally seeing a little relief and wham! Damn you Capitol One!
