Is Baker Sand Control going to be divested? Who would be the likely buyer?

NOV and GE will be looking to buy whatever they can get their hands on. Both companies have strong financials and are known for O&G acquisitions.

That's in everyone's best interest if we are sold. I believe we will be without a doubt. In 2 weeks time we will know our future.
Why in the world would we do that?
