Is it limited to just pressure pumping or are the other departments / divisions clouded with the delusions of management? Delusional in thinking we are not on borrowed time. The attitude here would be funny if it weren't so pitiful. We lost. The game is over. Why are we continuing to focus on irrelevant kpis and other non value added crap? I don't get it. We lost. But instead of making life easier on the dwindling ranks, it is full speed ahead with pointless crap and training.

Agreed. So many new and future looking initiatives. Bullshitz. Just going thru the motions and waiting to see what happens. A good time to be a good actor and act like you believe. It's getting real old. Just hanging on and waiting.
Everyone needs to look at the market conditions. Drilling and new production has decrease and rig counts have subsided drastically with no positive increase anytime soon, hence they will cut and cut deep. If we had 100-120 barrel of oil than it would be full steam ahead with little changes. I have been there several times and this is another one but its more severe than ever.
