The reason for all the vp's is pay bands. 602-603 so they can justify the salaries. The thing is though, none of those people have any authority. There are executive directors that have zero decision making authority. They get their rocks off by telling you how shitty you are instead of praising you for work. They give completely unrealistic time frames to get things done, then if you push back you get a lie told on your performance review. The entire place is a house of cards, it's getting ready to collapse I think they are getting ready to get pimp smacked by the fed again, so they are covering up the audit trail. Not to mention the breach, I heard it was way more than the 80+ million they disclosed, the funny thing is though, they come up with code words for it, and no one and i really mean no one ever talks about it. The breach really happened because they crap canned all the people that knew what they were doing, all internal organizations are pretty much well nepotism and the good old boy network. The bonuses are on a bell curve so someone has to get dinged, even though they said they stopped doing it, they didn't. So they come up with an excuse and give you a poor review, there goes your bonus. Management are weasels and they are encouraged to lie by upper management. SMH the place sucks big time.
