Since the approval has been passed, will they start selling assets right away or wait until actual acquisition?

Just like the UK budget, most of it is "leaked" prior to budget day.
Sure prospective buyers have been on the radar for many months.

Cementing is on the to go list. Probably will be picked up by former BJ management that left a few years ago.
They have already started to put assets up for sale - just look at that bloomberg article last week based on "informed sources" detailing what they are selling off. Flushing out the prospective buyers. I would expect more official leaks next week.
