I was laid off on March 20th and promised one week severance, unused vacation, and two weeks notice pay. Haven't received it yet. Anyone know about how long it should take to get this pay?

My job is being deleted, I work for an agency contracted by Los Angeles County. My question our contract ends in Aug.2018, But being laid off June 2018.
I recieved a letter from unemployment stating my employer paid me severance through March 21st 2018. I only received my final pay check so far. Do I wait till after March 21st to receive that.
Did you Sigh and turn in the Separation, General Release Settlement Agreement? if so they had 7 days to turn it in and your money will be automatically deposited.
I re typed the letter they gave me. Which I had not signed, asking for 4 months severance. Put a deadline on it, 7 days from the time I hand delivered it to HR. The sent a private courier drive to my house on the date the deadline expired, with a counter offer of 11 weeks. The courier was likely someone working for a law firm who delivers court summons. - -
A severance is suppose to reflect how long it is reasonably expected of you to find another job that pays similar wage. So if you were a generic labourer, you are in a bad spot. If you are a over paid field hand, mid-level manager,or something specialized, you have a fighting chance.
You list some reasons why the severance needs to so long, like it is a recession blah blah blah. Traditionally think you must except an employers offer or sue, not so.
An employer usually gives one a severance that is small, but you think is adequate and will sign on the spot. The will negotiate if it means avoiding a court battle. JUST DONT ASK FOR TO MUCH.

And wait until you see your money after the government and state take out their share.
So by law, they must pay you 2 weeks notice pay and you vacation pay. And they paid you one week so you wouldn't sue for a larger severance. Please tell me you didn't sign.
People, you can NEGOTIATE your severance. I went from 2 weeks to 11 weeks severance. Plus 4 weeks notice and vacation pay.
