The back stabbing, lies, favoritism, neglect, red tape and bureaucracy got old real fast. Every day has been grin & bear to a great extent.

I have worked for many large and small companies. Politics is elsewhere, some worse, some better. At least the oil patch pays well compared to retail and service industries.
Abuse.
Nepotism.
Just another day in corporate America.
