If layoff continues, With management positions, It is this employees recommendation to let X- Manager reduced to consultant of branch 10538. Ron Biddle has held this branch hostage. He has threaten to tear apart the business if they don't hire his son Back. Who they have let go recently, Ron Biddle has threaten to leave and create problems for Weatherford if they don't hire his son back. Guess what! After letting him go, it is rumor that the son is going to be back, It appears being a thug pays off. Management should be a shamed as managers. Higher managers should evaluate lower managements ability to run company in Weatherfords best interest. Pacific Coast is under the leadership of Tracie Breedlove GM and VP Eddie Eberhard. Allowing this to continue just acts like a disease and will only grow more and more thugs maybe this is the way we should all be to keep our jobs. Threats of law suits and threatening to ruin Weatherford business. Allowing this to continue says you have no faith in the employees you have to keep, to handle what may come. WOW!! Thanks For The Faith You Have In Us. I hope money managers are reading these post. Maybe they can put an end to all this.

Yes there are many fathers and sons working at weatherford. And EDs' sons are a good example of how it should be. They actuallly do their jobs well, professionally and independant of Ed. Unlike Rons diapered baby boy who is coddled at every turn and calls Daddy to bail him out and sweep his mistakes under the rug. It's a standing joke in the patch. BTW EDs' sons have been working at weatherford since they were in middle school and have spent more time in the shop than Ron or his little boy. And in response to the "mystery anonymous 88797 man" with the very unprofessional comment asking " How are you all liking the commission bonus this month." Well, they are probably liking it about as much as someone likes being demoted from district manager to "consultant" and watching his boy nearly being lead away in handcuffs. Rumors are one thing but truth is power. Speak TRUTH !

I would think Informed and Sad is anything but informed. I question the morals of many of the workers making these comments on the heresay of a trouble maker spreading rumors about coworkers. Obviously someone is buddying up to upper management to stir the pot to arrange working conditions to their liking. Maybe you should wonder about the informers. biddle's son is a no knowledge, spoiled brat. Ron has been told by numerous customers not to place him on there jobs because he is not able to perform up to par for the job at hand. This has been going on for years. Rons black mailing Weatherford like he is , does not surprise most people who know him. Evidently Ed is letting him get away w/ it all in the name of profit!.

All the coward senor managers in California for under Tracie breed-dick do as she commands. Everyone is fearful of her. She has no knowledge of what the real oil field is about. She came from a retail department store. If you ask me Ed Eberhard and her have or once had a fling. Hard to swallow that Ed would turn a blind eye and make a path for Ron's criminal , infantile son to be rehired at the moral expense of all the other workers of that division. Employees have been fired on the spot for using the company gas card to buy chips and a soda with a company car fill up yet, from what I've been informed of, this kid embezles gas , embezles expense account funds and what ever else was availiable for years . Any first year D. A. would love a case like this. Slam dunk conviction. Not sure what the deal is over there in Ventura that allows certain people to be empowered in spite of such blatant corruption, but it sure saddens me for those that have to work there in such a toxic enviRONment.

Ha ha, He did at one time. He had his wife, daughter, son and half of the guys in the shop are friends of his sons. To be held hostage would definitely be un- acceptable to ED." Sorry but you are sadly mistaken. ED's own son has told him what is going on at the Ventura Completion branch and NOTHING changes. I too have known ED for many, many years as a strong Christian man with ethics and morals but I too was very very wrong. He is just as bad as the people he has working for him. It is sad to see such a strong testimony for faith be exposed as it has been at this point. Very very very sad.
