I don't know why you store managers are working so hard to get your shrink numbers down. It's not like you all will be receiving your bonus. Hell you'll be lucky if you're still a Follett employee come April 1st. HA!

I'm not. I mean I started to, but somehow the number didn't change so I said "fine, I'm 20 dollars less than last year, even if our sales have tanked that's good enough"
