Well tomorrow is April 1st AKA April Fools days, but as all of us Weatherford employees is the beginning of the second round of layoffs. We shall see what is going to happen but it is pretty evident that the Oil market is slowing down again. The IT department has let go some really smart and great workers and have kept some sorry ass kissers like Hayden Harn who is only looking out for himself, but I guess that's the Weatherford way.

Seems as if "Just a wife" is either angry for being laid off or maybe they, I mean their spouse, (yeah, right) quit just before a package deal would have been offered, so lashing out and accusing others of criminal behavior makes them feel better.
Just a wife needs to stop ass-uming things she knows nothing about.

Sounds like son got the same thieving benefits as dad. Every manager I have ever had steals gas for not only himself but family members as well. Has never paid for a meal. Uses P card for whatever they want.,cheats on expense report I could go on but what's the point. And Listen Up was called numerous times with proof and the only thing that happened was the manager threatened to fire whoever called and by the way the person that called was a 8 year employee and he was laid off. Weatherford Inc is perhaps the MOST corrupt of the bunch. Let me give you an example.... (sorry if I am repeating previous posts). Ronnie (Ventura completion) is a sick sob who would lie, cheat, manipulate, and throw any good hard working employee under the bus to save his incompetent thieving son from the proven and documented embezzlement of thousands upon thousands of dollars from the company. Weatherford has paid for his personal gas, high end expensive sunglasses, sushi dinners and that is just the tip of the iceberg. Here's the skinny... When the powers that be including Human Resources were provided the information along with the documented proof of his criminal behavior do you think they filed criminal charges? Or even fired both Daddy-Ronnie and his son? NOPE. Dad is still working for Weatherford and the son, though laid-off is scheduled to be REHIRED in the same position! I have to ask myself what information Ronnie has on whom that allows him to hold a "get out of jail free" card. In my humble opinion this industry needs a Union in a big way. I am not a fan of Unions but the corruption is beyond belief. So there you go.
For things to happen again would mean that it would have had to stop at some point.
