I think once Korea and Russia are fully operational Canada and the US can expect to see a lot of Layoffs

I be watchful of how NOVs massive investment in Mexico goes; TWO new facilities in Mexico .The New Fabrication facility in Mexicali Mexico(rivals the one in Russia) that will fabricate the mast of land rigs amongst other parts (assemblies). Also the other facility already running NOV AMERON in San Luis Sonora.Both facilities are near the most southwesterly US border.
