Why would a company withhold ESPP from final pay and separation pay when you are not eligible for the ESPP program? Spoke with Fidelity and now I have to wait for good old Halliburton to send me my ESPP contributions in two to four weeks and since I was laid off prior to the purchase I don't get to take advantage of the stock purchase. Anyone else have this problem?
