it happened in Pampa today, 30% reduction in workforce, from 1 year service to 25 years of service. funny thing is they let good loyal people go but didn't do anything to or with the folks that have been caught up in theft, the plant manager has covered up for one of inner circles out and out theft on expense reports...everyone knows it but nothing is done simply because they can get away with it. Really happy I got to keep my job, will miss the guys that lost out. but someone needs to clean up the rest of the mess.
