Terrible working envionment here in Houston. In coming weeks, they are planning more layoffs in the US and Canada.

Dresser-Rand was the most backward archaic company I've ever worked for. The processes were outdated and management was small minded. If it weren't for the people (whom by the way are treated poorly) they would be doomed.
Do you know if it will be shop floor or office personnel?
