I worked there ages ago and we always knew it was a business and don't kid yourself, state schools are a business too...the business of schooling, omg...any company that has money changing hands is a business...widgets, education, dry cleaners...welcome to capitalism and the free world.

Good! It's about time those useless a-holes were hit too. The only thing they are good for is creating a hostile work environment. This couldn't happen soon enough! Especially the FMs, all they care about is their A/R and get pissed when we offer a student a write off that would keep them in class and out of collections. Getting a student to graduate should be more important than writing something off to help them graduate. It's not like they haven't already made thousands and thousands of dollars off of them but most would rather send them to collections and Ruin their lives than to write anything off. Then they try to feed us that BS that we're a "school " and not a business. Yeah right!
