Thread regarding Follett layoffs

Follett..."I ain't never scared"

It takes senior level professionals to get things half way right and get details together (although it takes forever). Shameful. Seems like HR and leadership should be trained as phenomenal gate keepers. You messed up and we all know it. It's unfortunate senior level professionals have to finagle to clean up your mess.

Countless, department managers, store managers, store leads have been driven from the company. They have lied to and lied about. They have been emotionally abused and they have overworked. They have been put into the position of enforcing petty rules so the people who report to them can be fired. These are the people who have a direct influence with the customer. The customer is NOT the institution. The customer is whomever PAYS YOU. FHEG has, over the past 3 years, systematically driven out their most experienced personnel who actually touch the customer. When execs, in corner offices meet, they are establishing priorities that are executed by the very people who have been driven out., There is no one left who is capable of executing a decent plan. Clear enough, Columbo?

Great point. Never forget who actual directs the hands doing to the work. Who are the people executing against plan? FHEG, you drove the professional who knew these people like their own family out of the company with no plans for how to get the work done. Now you have a bloated top heavy organization that couldn't find it's ass with both hands. Unless that was he plan all along, you failed. Resign. You've earned a no confidence vote.
