We heard that sears wants the mall to buy their property. Then sears can lease it back. Is that true? The mall would be stupid to buy the property. Our store is old and needs lots of repairs. I wouldn't want it.

They have to remodel them anyway since nothing was done for improvements. Go into a sears when it's raining. Look up at the tiles, then look down so you don't trip over the buckets.
