I am an ADA and was told today that if I do not hit my weekly goals, that I would be required to work Sunday or be asked to leave the company with no option for a CAP. HR informed us we only get one box for personal items if let go. Did this happen anywhere else today? Should I make sure I only have a box worth of personal items?

88739... Your story is complete crap. No one was allowed overtime, no one works more than 40 per week.
So go lie somewhere else... You are not adult enough to participate in this forum. There are enough past and current employees to call the bs card on you. Just call..,shoo, go away!
What school are you all located? Teach outs by July for over a dozen schools. Curious if you are at a future teach out campus.
Hey reps and sales people, what are you bitching about? Instructors have to work overtime and some weekends without pay on a regular basis. And now matter how hard we work or successful our students become, we dont get monthly bonuses in our paycheck. We dont even have our own cubicles, its four people to a shared desk slot. Leave the personal items at home. Rule of thumb, always be ready to tell your boss to shove it and walk out with pride. Things in your cubical complicate this.
I would take all your stuff home. Don't chance it!
This same sort if thing happened to me at Ai. I was bullied and told to work more hours to hit my goals. Never a Sunday but did work unpaid hours and if I complained, I was told I would be fired. I found a new job thankfully.
This website is bogus as hell and I don't know why you guys are really feeding into these lies! Stop gossiping so much. If you're really unhappy with your job GO GET ANOTHER ONE!

I got the same speech today. My call time has been low because I have had to take a couple personal days in the past couple weeks. 2 of my starts canceled and I was warned about my performance. I was given this same option. When I asked for this in writing I was told they he would have to talk to HR to see if this is something Ai needs to provide. It seems to me like just a little behind the scenes bullying from upper management because was have a low start. He did also advise me to clean my cube because it appeared cluttered and said I shouldn't keep more than a box worth in my cube.
Get off the pity potty people....wake up cuz you're all on company's time, I don't hear the dollar bills being flipped which means you all aren't paying the troll toll! So get back to work! I want those fingers to bleed from all the dialing!
This company is so shady! Guess that's why they give us cubes to fill... the tools with offices and doors will be f-ed with the "one box rule".

Jobs are sometimes things, I wouldn't not have more that one box worth of personal affects at my place of work. preferably everyting would fit in your shoulder bag....
