Truth Is Truth Words Cant Change What Is. Baffling It With Word Will Not Change A Thing. An Investigation will prove Alot.

If layoff continues, With management positions, It is this employees recommendation to let X- Manager reduced to consultant of branch 10538. Ron Biddle has held this branch hostage. He has threaten to tear apart the business if they don't hire his son Back. Who they have let go recently, Ron Biddle has threaten to leave and create problems for Weatherford if they don't hire his son back. Guess what! After letting him go, it is rumor that the son is going to be back, It appears being a thug pays off. Management should be a shamed as managers. Higher managers should evaluate lower managements ability to run company in Weatherfords best interest. Pacific Coast is under the leadership of Tracie Breedlove GM and VP Eddie Eberhard. Allowing this to continue just acts like a disease and will only grow more and more thugs maybe this is the way we should all be to keep our jobs. Threats of law suits and threatening to ruin Weatherford business. Allowing this to continue says you have no faith in the employees you have to keep, to handle what may come. WOW!! Thanks For The Faith You Have In Us. I hope money managers are reading these post. Maybe they can put an end to all this.

How does it take a mass layoff to unearth employees with managerial powers who may have been misusing these powers for their own gain? Surely that's why we have an HR department nobody should be bigger than the company? This man Biddle and his family are coming up in a lot of posts here if what's being said is true then surely they have come to the attention of HR or higher? Or are these just the ranting's of a disgruntled employee looking for a escape goat if so then its a dangerous game to play! I am all for free speech if someone breaks the rules we all abide by then yes expose them although if false then shame on you..If the person or persons making these claims could post prove of any wrong doings be it by email, video or paper trails then this Biddlegate conspiracy might be believed. Myself reading these posts I think they are just made up ramblings from a disgruntled employee who's using Biddle and his family as an easy target and trolling every post with hate filled comments.

Edward should have been gone when he appointed Tracie Bitch-love as Area manager for pacific. I know there was more worthy candidates then her to select from. I guess in that case "its not what you know its who you blow" I seen Tracie and Ed after work hours been very flirty & lovey dovey... Im not judging the man but he sure does have poor taste for women. Anyways if Ed does retire who will promote and protect his two sons??? That boat in the pacific is sinking quick. I feel sorry for all the casualties that had to be sacrificed because traice did not like them. All I can say about the our leadership is pathetic.

89195- and how do you know this? Is this just another piece of the rumor mill. Unfortunately, upper management seems top heavy and the new top people that were brought in will cut the ones who actually are working for the good of the company,( no matter what the employees who aren't seeing what is done for them think). The ones who sit on their lazy behinds and just put in their time are kept of course. Thinking changes in area management would help. This company is a corporate mess. It should be remembered that Ed was a part of the original company before it was sold out to a corporation. Anyway guessing and gossiping is what started this mess.

89407, your statement is a bit convoluted, but think what you are trying to say is there are differing opinions and knowledge out there. State something, it may be disagreed with, which is what discussion is. Seems this has turned into a hateful bash Biddle and his kid forum. Usually this kind of mentality comes from ones who don't know the real facts and jump on the ole band wagon. One person tells the next something they "think" is happening, the next adds to it, so and so on. This is what happens when upper management wants to keep everything secret from salaries on up to where the company is really headed. There is always the need to blame someone and people will find someones feet to lay it at.

And that is why most MAJOR oilfield companies don't hire family members in the same division much less father /son. I think I have heard it all now. Weatherford doesn't pay vendors, cheats on taxes and has been caught for bribery and let's not forget the managers get paid very well to do this. Disgusting!!!!!!! Now ask yourself why is this company in trouble. ANSWER it's not just the price drop in oil.

Yes there are many fathers and sons working at weatherford. And EDs' sons are a good example of how it should be. They actuallly do their jobs well, professionally and independant of Ed. Unlike Rons diapered baby boy who is coddled at every turn and calls Daddy to bail him out and sweep his mistakes under the rug. It's a standing joke in the patch. BTW EDs' sons have been working at weatherford since they were in middle school and have spent more time in the shop than Ron or his little boy. And in response to the "mystery anonymous 88797 man" with the very unprofessional comment asking " How are you all liking the commission bonus this month." Well, they are probably liking it about as much as someone likes being demoted from district manager to "consultant" and watching his boy nearly being lead away in handcuffs. Rumors are one thing but truth is power. Speak TRUTH !

I would think Informed and Sad is anything but informed. I question the morals of many of the workers making these comments on the heresay of a trouble maker spreading rumors about coworkers. Obviously someone is buddying up to upper management to stir the pot to arrange working conditions to their liking. Maybe you should wonder about the informers. Disgruntled underachievers feeling threatened that young blood was doing a better job than them?, so spread the rumors.
