@Slow to Understand. I think that I am in the same boat as you are. The last conference call, seemed to tackle the problems encountered by the organization. From what I could grasp, an under-performance by Weatherford was mainly attributed to the internal strife in the organization. That is not to say that the market did not contribute to the under-performance of the organization, but a dislodge in of the internal overhead, contributed to a financial under-performance, divestitude of non-performing sectors and of course, redistributing the debt and tax burden of Weatherford as a whole. Anyhow, to my understanding, that was all that I could make out of the lengthy and verbose discussion that seemed to go around in circles. If I am mistaken and misunderstanding the current health of the organization, I would be happy to learn from the good and knowledgeable individuals here who have a clearer idea.

Don't get me wrong, I really enjoy your playful attitude and enjoy reading the comments on this sight, now a little seriousness. Would one of you please listen to or read the conference call/print out when it is published and explain it to me, maybe I'm just slow because i've read conference calls in the past and can't make hide nor hair of them. It always sounds like they are just talking and not making plans to do anything constructive for the good of the employees. Help me out guys and keep the fun going.
