Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

Bank of America does have a blacklist on who they like and don't like. They keep the associates they like or feed them gossip not how you work.

Reform the Labor law call your local senator, call National Labor Relations Board ("The Employee Free Choice Act"). Proxy vote your shares. Move your main accounts and 401Ks from evil.

I personally would want names so we can bring light to the darkness. These managers are sleeping with each other they are family members that they protect. its not how hard you work its who you know and who you deal with.

To Anonymous92083 --Why call out names, If Brian was taking care of his bank he would have HR investigating the managers instead of protecting them. This website is to help us stay ahead of the curve. It is not meant to notify management to help them change tactical games again. Right now the evil management is dressing up in little vests and ties making it look like they are honest.

I have talked to many senior retired folks and they all had the same story. They were forced out because they were told they were not working fast enough (but could perform the job). When I left BAC the managers were told to double the workload and scrutinize employees work whereby they would feel the pressure. I have seen Heart Attack victims in the work place over this tactic. This is clearly age discrimination (bring in lower cost labor? eliminate rival competition?).

Brian stopped managing the bank long time ago and decided concentrate on feeding BS to the stockholders while using Stalinism on internal protocols (The bureaucratic, authoritarian exercise of state power and mechanistic application of Marxist-Leninist principles associated with Stalin).

"The devil workshop" This company Plano, TX Corporate office is the worst company to work for and it's team of wolves the behaviors of the managers are at a 2nd grade level. If you are smart and get the work done with no problem they treat you as if you must work harder to make up for every person not working. I've never been at a job that as long as if your gay you get prosperity treatment. Most of the males in leadership position or all jerks. The rumors and mess that the managers and associates keep going on is insane and ridiculous. When you have a merge you don't keep the worst people from Countrywide that were not caught in The scandals. They pride themselves on the stories on how they work while working and doing evil for Countrywide. All demons need to be in hell with they daddy Lucifer!

The personal development plan is weighted to eliminate employees. The plan is used as a Las Vegas slot machine “the house always wins”. There are more hidden tricks in the fine print to slip you up by the discretion of the manager. It is used as an obedience and punishment tool. One example: If you do not predict you will be walking a blind person across the road as a gesture of kind you will not receive credit for it. This logic dictates, do not perform more than what is asked. It is also a full time job filling it out and allows the manager to mess up your scoring at review time. If you dare attempt to gain credit on an idea you presented but was already stolen by the manager, your on the shit list for torment with persistent and recurrent distress. There is no HR oversight but HR is not looking out for your best interest anyways.

I noticed the managers steel your proprietary property (new ideas). They will rewrite the idea in there own words and submit it behind closed doors to the managerial group. It makes them look smart and when they are done with your knowledge they poop you out the door retaining their great new ideas with bonuses. I saw one manager rummaging though employee’s desks if they were not locked, I am not sure what it was all about but, I cannot imagine the action being authorized in the employee handbook.

This maybe a coincidence but, have you noticed during town hall meetings management proudly displays an appreciation to years of service. There are not too many people over 10 years and some departments show none. The second year more seniors disappear off the list. I am guessing this is a management list taunting the next to go. When your name appears you are in line for extermination and they just placed a target on your back for the new comers wanting to prove something (a new form of age discrimination).

Hail to the new BAC!!!!

I would not be surprised if the new BAC will arrogantly challenge the US government for control, after they refine their HR shadow games.

That is very true. During their yearly restructures they move around those that don't play their game or ask too many questions. Makes it impossible to move back up or to a different line of business. They do keep you on a different list than those that drink the BofA kool aid. makes it hard to go anywhere due to your resume pretty much shows you were demoted. But you can't explain its due to yearly incompetent restructuring. Thanks BofA!!! Thanks for helping and advancing in my career. Lies and more lies. I guess I need to find someone higher up and sleep with them. That seems to work. Or I can just go around and screw things up or do a half ass of a job and get promoted that way. But hey your motto "be lucky you have a job". Thanks a lot for everything. And the " work life balance" is nothing but a joke. Threatening jobs and requiring mandated weekly overtime because of a broken system that is only getting worse. Once again thank you for your lying ( lying to the employees and the government) cheating (anyway you can to get ahead) and stealing ( time away from our families)
