Their word has to be good. Reading the ICP and SIP documents, it states that if you are RIF'd you are still entitled to your bonus, when it gets paid out according to your eligibility letter. So, if you have bonus coming, they cant keep it. If you are on a bonus plan that doesnt meet the metrics for payout, then obviously you wont get a payout. Payout either Mar 20 or Apr 3 for ICP & SIP if you met your metrics. I dont know for sure about PIP, but I think it probably wont pay out this year.

I was told by hr that those laid off will receive a bonus if bonuses are paid this year. I just hope they weren't bull shitting me. All I ask is that they make their word bond.

I am current employee and they told us we was gonna get bonus check this coming paycheck
