Tracy, sorry to see you go! Too bad, if there is a bonus paid this year, MLS will see that your bonus will go right into the family’s pockets while her cronies collect theirs for doing nothing. All the blood sweat and tears you put into making the company successful are rendered nugatory.
Tracy... don't worry they'll soon see one company's mistake is another company's huge gem :)
I was a store manager and I worked with Tracy D (if it's Tracy who always wore black and made things look pretty)on a few occasions. She was so awesome I hope she prospers in her next endeavor!
Tracy was indeed a class act. Always responsive and very helpful to all of us, even those of us in smaller stores. Good on you, Tracy. And best of luck in the future.
Agree with 71307
With every departure of a really hard working "class" act, the company just sinks lower into mediocrity. Having worked for FHEG for over 26 years, I'm am truly disgusted by the scum that is now running the company. And if any member of the current management team wants to discuss this point with me just let me know! Having worked alongside of Dick Litzinger and Bob Follett, I do remember when there were honest, knowledgable executives who fostered respect, honesty and an esprit de corps that made Follett a very special place.
In a long term you will win. Keep your values and be ethical, do good work, you will win.
Another great associate that knew the business gone! Slap someone in the face and guess what happens! But that is THE NEW ONE FOLLETT VALUE: Follett values our share price and dividend going up each year—We are fine!
Kmart is the best!!!! Office Max a very close second!!! What a complete bunch of morons
is that Tracy from the home office that always wore black?
I agree, another long term employee, big loss of knowledge. Who couldn't see it coming though. They just promoted someone else from Kmart to her role and had her report to him. Nice treatment of employees assholes.
Tracy was 1st class and always quick to help out the stores. Good bye and God bless you.
