I got hit today and got a copy of the list. I am over 40.
This list is only provided to workers over the age of 40. It is given to them to prove that the layoff has nothing to do with their age. The list shows all current positions for the employees district and the age of each person in that position. It indicates if a person is selected for layoff with a yes or no in the "selected" column. Just because they have this list does not indicate that all those positions are being laid off.
I didn't get such a list either; was in the first wave at the beginning of January.
Good question. Further, I was laid off last week (Oak Park) and wasn't provided such a list. Was anyone else who was laid off provided one?
