Managers all got letters this week on who gets fired! Expect to see layoffs next week. This behavior from SLB HR will continue all year.

I agree. The real layoff number is 27,000.
It's true. Managers got an email with names and gin numbers. We only have a few days to terminate the employee.

I will tell you one thing that you already know. If a manager consistently rates everybody in his/her team as 'exceeds expectations' and 'outstanding', this manager is dirty.
