Store closures will be based on negative EBIDTA and or when property lease expires
Did you know SHC is selling off 200 to 300 store properties that are currently company owned? Did you know the Eddie lent SHC 400 million to get through the 4th quarter and hand picked company owned stores as securities in the event of payment default ?
What are the chances for sears stores that own the property? Even local Meijer stores are closing.
It appears as if they're quietly closing stores. There might not be a "list" that everyone is expecting. As leases expire on stores it looks as those are the ones closing.
Same here, do you have a list with stores that will be closed this year? If you do not have it, do you know what criteria will be used when deciding what stores to close? Sears is not the only retailer who is closing the stores, there are many more companies that are in trouble right now.
