That is now how ICP works. For ICP you have categories with BHI Share Earnings as one and the others dependent on your product line. Each category is given a percentage and dependent on your salary grade percentage you get a sum of your percentage salary accordingly.

Good grief. Be happy that you got anything when people are getting laid off and the industry is in a spiral.
