So per the above post, Engineers are still attending classes at the Western Hemisphere Education Center, but what about the people who use to come in from the Pressure Pumping side for training? Are they still holding classes for them in cementing, etc.? Have they laid off anyone from the Western Hemisphere Education Center?

30 of us currently attending EDP. QuickStart and ELS near capacity. Still tons of new bonusless engineers that are hard for hr to cut due to lower pay and relocation investment
West Hemisphere Education Center has a lot fewer students these days.
