Halliburton caldwell using contract drivers at 90 dollars a hour to haul frac equipment and chems don't make a lot of since with brothers being laid off out there just don't understand it must be paying someone off or something !

Yes, and all over. The pay offs do go up hill so don't confront them in person unless you want to be fired. HR will rat you out and the hotline is a joke.

Last time I was at the Caldwell yard in January they had just hired about 40 new frac hands. Did they lay all those newly hired hands off?

I was on a job over 24 hours out of district but close to the Caldwell yard. I pulled into the Caldwell yard to lay down for 6 hours. Eddie Seals and Paul Underwood had security run me out of the yard. They said no one was allowed to sleep on the yard. Although 3 TDL trucks were on the Caldwell yard sleeping and charging time. So I had to drive another 3 hours to my home yard. Something is wrong with this picture.

Sebesta, is knee deep in TDL. Paul Underwood has his own under the table deals going and if you cross him your gone.
TDL can add all the hours they want to there tickets because Ron Sebesta signs there tickets I see Terry or Lisa hand deliver there tickets to him all the time.

Ausley, Seals, Sebastia, Underwood are crooked as a snake. TDL kick backs are only the tip of the iceberg from Caldwell.
Yep, Paul Underwood treated us like trash the day we were layed off. He was watching the parking lot the day we were layed off. He was rude, disrespectful and so bad that we were shocked by his behaviour. Halliburton says they will not tolerate this type of behaviour but its takes place and we have no leg to stand on. I hope when they walk him out they treat him with the same disrespect he gave me and the others from our yard the day the closed us dow. But he made sure he didnt lay off the snitch from the yard. He transferred him and protected him. As far as the TDL comments being made, they are true. Lake Houses paid for, motorcycles, boats, hunting trips, you name it. TDL drivers are told to add hours to there time.
Yep and Tdl only works for Halliburton they have no other customers and Mr Ausley is now a millionaire all funded By Big Red .
There's a lot of corrupt deals in the caldwell yard so much so that Terry Ausley owner of TDL building him a huge house in Colorado where the big wigs who sign the tickets gets free hunting trips and who knows what else. TDL drivers Can Charge all the hours they want to it. I know for a fact one owner op truck driver there lies so much on his tickets he makes over 330000 a year and thats just one driver And all there drivers are encouraged to over charge.
There is allot of talk of the under table deals that Paul Underwood has going. This will catch up with him soon. He acts like he is better than everyone and personally belittled me the day I was layed off. I hope they catch him and fire him.
I can't believe Mr. Underpants still has a job. Biggest crook in Caldwell. I heard he had a inside snitch in Fairfield and protected him when they closed the Fairfield yard.

Halliburton got to use contract drivers like tdl for the chemicals and all oversize loads because halliburton caldwell drivers does not have enough experience do it there selves with out getting DOT all over them no halliburton frac crews in south texas can haul there own chemicals because of there low dot scores .

Yeah I here them tdl drivers make 1000 dollars A day on a load of chems while we work for 14 dollars a hour and we got to worry about our jobs hell if I made that kind of money I would not be so worried been here two years it's a joke what the tdl drivers gets away with it is a damn shame. They did release all the cement contact drivers but tdl got it going on with frac side and with the bossman at caldwell yard free hunting trips etc they won't be going anywhere soon.
it's probably cheaper than keeping an employee since don't have to pay for all the extras, and once the job is done, they don't have to pay any severance. Plus, they probably get to write off more on taxes.
