Ivars was supposed to make changes. He even stated this himself in the meetings he held with ALL employee's. On the other hand, at least HE communicated with the masses. All Susan ever did was build herself up as the worlds queen. For heavens sake, she never even dressed like anything better than a poor slob who regularly shops at the local thrift store!
Back to Andy. I have to ask, if your car were broken, and you took it to the mechanic, and all he did was rub magic grease all over it, and strip functional parts off of it (aka lay-offs) to "make it run better", would it be acceptable? That is the extent of what has happened at CSW. When a sports coach sucks, what do the fans demand? A replacement of course! When Susan sucked, she replaced herself with Val. When Val sucked, he only sort of got canned. Funny thing, the remainder of the coaches stayed on. The team still sucks.
Please, Danny Watt, Lori Eckles, Stephen Eiting? And who in their right mind would even consider Slob-in-ski? Has Ivars LOOKED at these fools? Does Lori bully him like she bullies those that report to her? He needs to clean the crap out of his eyes and SEE what he has around him!
Pardon me for saying so, but when you contaminate the beans with feces, the only way to keep from getting ill is to eliminate the contents of the entire pan! If New York has nothing to hide, or no one to protect (hmmm, Susan and her expenditures in the hundreds of millions of dollars for SAP???), why don't they bring in someone from OUTSIDE of L-3!!!!?????
