It has come to my attention that at the Puerto Rico Guaynabo Campus interviews to fill the position of Enrollment Manager are being conducted unfairly and unprofessionally. The Campus Director has several qualified candidates which have been submitted to the rigorous interview process yet it is his nephew who will end up getting the job. Although his nephew is not even close to be qualified to fill this position, his uncle will make sure he gets it. How is it possible for a family member to compete to fill a role he is not qualified? How is it possible that a person that posts dubious pictures on Facebook giving his middle finger and drinking heavily be considered to fill such role? This is another example of how unfair the interview process at the Guaynabo Campus in Puerto Rico is. Is Spencer Jones aware this is going on? Several seasoned employees have been fired because they are not part of the Guaynabo Campus Directors clique. Several candidates that are more than qualified will be passed because the Campus Director wants his inept nephew to fill such role. Is UOP hiring practices so low to allow one family member to hire his next of kin to fill a position his is not qualified? Is UOP in Puerto Rico a Third World country where anything happens? This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Take note Spencer Jones.

The biggest looser (because she is fat and dumb) was hire as the EM. No, it was not the nephew, but believe me he was way much better than the new EM. Good luck on that PR!!!
Nepotism is the way of the P. Multiple unqualified senior finance directors out there. Just cause they could swallow it all in one gulp at top performers.
The San Diego campus is the leader in hiring family and friends to management and non management posts. Some things never change.
