Stock Proxy Vote March 27

Shareholder meeting for March 27 to vote on the merger. Send a message and vote NO! I never vote for these since I only have 200 shares. But if everyone who was laid off can send a message, let's do it

I urge you to vote against this deal. It is a bad deal for the average Baker worker who will end up loosing their jobs. This deal is only beneficial to the top people of this company, who will end up pocketing a lot of money for themselves.

abstaining is not sending a clear message. By actually casting your NO vote, you send a message of your disapproval. Same results, sure, but getting the message across is what it is all about. So far this takeover has negatively affected about 15,000 hard working families (so far)

Actually, if you abstain from voting it counts as a "no" vote. This is in the proxy documentation you should have received in the mail, which is also available on the BHI investor relations webpage under SEC filings.

Here's how you can vote: (1) Via telephone at 800-690-6903 (follow the recorded instructions) by 11:59 p.m. Houston time on March 26, 2015. (2) Online at www.proxyvote.com by 11:59 p.m Houston time on March 26, 2015. Let your voice be heard. If you don't vote, you vote count with the board of directors' recommendations, ie. pure short-term profit regardless of employees' benefits.
