Loads of facilitators are being let go too. All that need be done is not to give them a single class in six months and they are gone. Great cost savings. Anyone with five years or more...gone or will be gone.

I have worked in the BA/BS level courses and many of us have not seen a class to facilitate since October 2014. Either we are being rubbed out or there are no classes.
That's what UoP needs: lots of pissed-off former employees who can testify about the fraud without worrying about losing a job.
Most of the facilitators at this school are barely qualified to teach kindergarten children their colors and shapes. This school offers a shoddy education at obscene prices, and reputable employers know this and do not hire the idiots who graduate this phony high school. This school is done because of greed and incompetence.
I facilitate and I have been at UOPX for 10 years facilitating at the upper division programs. I can tell you in training sessions, many of us have voiced our frustration with no classes coming our way. We know things are bad because we are not teaching. We see new facilitators in our training sessions asking dumb questions. The reason the new folks are around is because these folks are paid less. There is no future at UOPX. Everyone is cash and carry. As soon as you move into a double-letter tier, the countdown to gone begins. People I have worked with for 10 years are finding the same thing: no classes, and they are dismissed after six months of no work. The newer hires are getting classes. They are saying so in facilitator forums. Now it is "Come in on a Sunday; be gone on Monday".

I think this has to be expected. Cut itself into prosperity coupled with a growth strategy = happy investors. Let's see what the earnings call says March 25. Remember, any business gives the business to its employees if it means the balance sheet looks better. It is common for workers to stay only 2-3 years at a place because of this.
