As stated below the question relates to non oilfield / non drilling locations in Sand Springs and Barnsdall both located in Oklahoma. These sites are chemical related with respect to R&D, product development, production facility, etc. Again the question is whether any folks in those two locations have been laid off.

What locations?
Besides oilfield in Oklahoma what about personnel in non oilfield who work at Oklahoma locations like Sand Springs and Barnsdall? Seems like there should be some coming out of those locations as well.
