What is the % of what you are entitled for 2014 PIPs?
Absolutely right. Everyone who worked the whole year and got laid off in 2015 will get their PIPs. Schlumberger did keep the promise and handled this portion of the layoff process well.
Those that were eligible for a PIP in 2014 will get their PIP even if laid off in January.
This forum lack integrity, and actual
Schlumberger current and ex-employees.
Guys stop bragging here it's indecent. P.S I got a 170K bonus to match my 170 IQ.
That's nothing. I'm in HR and got a 150K PIP bonus for firing people who called askHR.
I'm in HR and got 60K PIP bonus, for excellent trolling.
Why do you assume that the original poster is still employed at Schlumberger? I was laid off 2 months ago but also got my PIP bonus. I fought for it with my lawyer. Schlumberger should be paying PIP bonuses to ALL recently laid of people, but if you blindly signed their waiver then you probably got screwed out of it.
It's fine. share information should be encouraged here, right?
I bet its my N+1 or N+2. unfortunately cannot cite the names here.
Why would someone go to a layoff site and brag about bonus. You are not a nice person, which if you aren't just a troll is why you got a 20k PIP in the first place. You probably smiled at the people you laid off. Typical SLB, oh, you got laid off, well I just got a 20k bonus...
