Did anyone actually receive bonus payment? It was supposed to be today?

I received my bonus today (03/06/15), however, no payment for severance package. I was told both verbally and by email from HR that the severance would be deposited on 03/06.

Yes, I was laid off 2/2, release agreement emailed on 2/3 and mailed, received last paycheck 2/6, vacation payout the week after, confirmation from Human Resources by email on 2/11 that they had received my agreement, then ICP and severance package direct deposit today 3/6. I was told that there is a huge backlog from layoffs that transactions can take a month.
I'm due my last bi-weekly pay and severance and haven't received them.
