DRILL BITS, HAL. OR BAKER?

Does anyone know who Hall. will divest when it comes to drill bits considering both companies have a drill bit division,.

Why do Baker Hughes employees keep saying "merger" when it is quite clearly an acquisition? A larger rival company offered money to purchase Baker Hughes; Baker Hughes agrees to the price and sold out.

Drill bit and Inteq drilling services will stay after the merger.

Hal take the drill bit plans from baker and get their own people to make them

Baker is the market leader in bits, so it's an easy choice.
