Just saying, I see that people are concerned, but there is nothing to fear, there is a number of growth segments within the company that are driving increase in headcount. I do not know what's going on with stores, but with healthy numbers reported across the board, I'd venture to say that stores are doing pretty well

They got lots of goodwill by promising to raise wages.
