HR is arrogant now but they will be humbled real soon.
In a meeting with Hr and other now ex-employees. Hr told about 12 of us that we were all fully vested with 401k regardless of yrs with co. Big LIE.
3 years = 100% vesting of pension and 401k match. Not 5 years.

All BHI documents regarding pension plan and 401(k) state that an employee is fully vested after 5 years w the company.
HR layoffs will come eventually.
When HR was reading over the packet and explaining things - they made several mistakes as I later found out by reading the written documents What pissed me off was their snobbish, "holier than thou" attitude.
I am not sure that I understand the question.
