I guess the percentage depends on where you are....the facility I work at has already reduced by about 50%. Rumor is more layoffs Wednesday April 1st, maybe 50 or so more will lose there jobs.

If your product line hasn't been hit. Look at one that has. See how many they laid off veruses how many were there. That should give you an idea. I've heard between 25-30%. Doing the math it looks more like 30%. Oil has dropped to 44.16 over the weekend. It's going to get worse before it gets better. All the companies are laying off. Halliburton is also laying off through April. There's no where to store the abundant supply of oil above ground. This is not just a WFT issue. I will agree their way of going about it sucks but there are hundreds of thousands of people working in the industry worrying just like we are. I just wish they would do it all this week and get it over with. So people know. It's hard to focus on work with layoffs happening every few days. Just do it already, we all just want to know where we stand.

You don't have a clue what you're saying you picked 25% out of your head then posted it on here to bring even more stress on those at risk. The only people who know the real figure are at the very top of the chain I doubt they would pass the info down.

Those of you saying the number sounds high were probably saying the same thing the first week of February and March too. I heard that several locations have already been asked to make a list of the next 30% to go. That will include the person or two who gets fired or fails a drug test between now and the 1st week in April. They're watching every little thing. Still no parts being ordered, sounds reasonable to me.
